The Materials Lab XM product provides a fully integrated reference grade time domain and AC measurement platform. No need to switch sample connections between techniques. Time domain measurements include I-V (current voltage) characterization as well as fast pulse techniques.

The Latest Generation ModuLab® XM MTS (Multi-Channels) system is designed with modularity and flexibility in mind to allow for a wide range of applications. Purpose built for materials test research the ModuLab XM provides:

  • P-E (polarization / electric field – used to run hysteresis tests to characterize ferroelectric materials)
  • High-speed pulse (used to activate charge carriers in electronic and dielectric materials)

ModuLab XM ECS is an Xtreme Measurement electrochemical test system that is capable of measuring ultra-low, micro-ohm impedance cells (latest generation batteries and fuel cells, for example), while being able to accurately characterize ultra-high impedance corrosion coatings at the other extreme. The system uses a unique AC calibration method that ensures ultimate accuracy in all cases.
