Digital Sieve Shaker suitable for test sieves of up to 200mm / 8″ diameterÂ
The sieve shaker  is designed for batchwise and continuous sieving of middle hard, hard brittle, tough and soft materials for separation. Either for a separation process or for the subsequent analysis.
Sieving analysis general
A gradation test is performed on a sample of aggregate in a laboratory. A typical sieve analysis involves a nested column of sieves with wire mesh cloth (screen). A representative weighed sample is poured into the top sieve which has the largest screen openings. Each lower sieve in the column has smaller openings than the one above. At the base is a round pan, called the receiver.
The column is typically placed in a sieve  shaker. The shaker shakes the column, usually for some fixed amount of time. After the shaking is complete the material on each sieve is weighed. The weight of the sample of each sieve is then divided by the total weight to give a percentage retained on each sieve.
The size of the average particles on each sieve then being analysis to get the cut-point or specific size range captured on screen.Â
Vibration Sieve shakerÂ
A strong and powerful electro magnet creates a strong and reproducible Vibration. The vibration is transported via a package of flat springs to the sieve base plate and accordingly to the sieve stack.
A representative weighed sample is poured into the top sieve which has the largest  opening. The material is separated due to the 3 dimensional movement of the sieve shaker.Â
Adjustment of sieve paratmeters
The required sieving time, the suitable amplitude and the intervall function can be pre-selected comfortably and reproducibly by stepless adjustment via the ergonomical display.
