Advanced Manufacturing Technologies for R&D and Production
Advanced manufacturing makes possible what wasn't before — uniform polymer nanofibers, precision ceramic components, complex geometries. These technologies share one requirement: equipment that combines material control, process precision, and scalability. GRS supplies electrospinning and DLP ceramic 3D printing systems at standard, laboratory, and industrial scales.
Solutions for Advanced Manufacturing
SKE E-Fiber — Electrospinning
Produces uniform micro- to nano-fibres using needle electrospinning. The same platform supports electrospraying with different solution chemistry — particles from low-viscosity solutions, fibres from higher-viscosity ones.
Typical Use
- tissue scaffolds
- filtration membranes
- drug delivery systems
- energy storage research
AdventureTech — DLP Ceramic 3D Printing
Digital Light Processing additive manufacturing for high-precision, dense ceramic parts. Three models for different scales of use.
1) Standard
- R&D and production
- 700 layers/hr (alumina), multi-material, one-click printing
2) Laboratory
- Viscous or expensive materials
- 80 mL minimum, 25 µm precision, 1080P UV source
3) Industrial
- Large-format, high throughput
- 288 × 162 mm print area, 600 layers/hr, 50 µm precision
Typical Use
- medical implants
- aerospace components
- industrial prototyping
- ceramic R&D
